Over 7,000 Just Eat couriers launch tribunal action for minimum wage and holiday pay
The Guardian says more than 7,000 Just Eat couriers have filed a collective employment tribunal claim seeking minimum wage, holiday pay and worker status. The case, which runs from early May to June 2, could determine whether couriers are classified as workers under UK law.
