Bombay High Court grants bail to Surendra Gadling
The Bombay High Court has granted bail to lawyer-activist Surendra Gadling, who was arrested in the Elgar Parishad case. However, he will remain in prison as his bail application in a separate arson case is pending before the Supreme Court.
