Strand Releasing secures North American rights to baseball doc “Diamond Diplomacy”
Documentary filmmaker Yuriko Gamo Romer’s “Diamond Diplomacy,” which traces the historic ties between U.S. and Japanese baseball, has been acquired for North American distribution by Strand Releasing. Variety reports the acquisition will bring the film to U.S. audiences and festival circuits.
