Kremlin shake-up nears as two Russian governors resign
Two Russian governors near the Ukrainian border have resigned. Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of Belgorod region, stepped down due to personal reasons. Alexander Shuvaev, deputy governor of Irkutsk region, has been named acting head of the region.
