Democrats urge Supreme Court to overturn abortion pill ruling
A majority of Democrats in the House and Senate submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court seeking to protect access to the abortion pill mifepristone. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals had reinstated an in-person requirement.
